2. Non-returnable products

For health and hygiene protection, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Medical or hygiene products once opened.
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper storage.
  • Products outside the return period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Return process

  • Provide the order number, return reason, and photos for damage or errors.
  • Wait for approval and return-address instructions before shipping.
  • Return the product as agreed; unauthorized shipments may not be accepted.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

If an item arrives damaged or differs from the order, contact us promptly with photos of the package and product. We will review the case and provide an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to the findings and your statutory rights.

5. Refunds

  • Returned products are inspected before approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where available.
  • Bank or payment-provider processing may require additional time.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable, except for our error or where the law requires otherwise.
